Please note: Perficient Nova reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.



Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items that are used, damaged, or modified (unless defective or incorrect)
• Personal use items like undergarments or socks due to hygiene standards



How to Start a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will guide you with the return address and next steps

  3. Ship It Back:
    o Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is defective or wrong)
    o Use a trackable shipping method—we are not liable for lost packages

Exchanges

We dot accept exchanges but if your item is defective, damaged then put an request for exchange, reach out to our team via mail support@perficientnova.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll help you through the process.



Delay Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived within 10 business days:

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Speak with your bank (delays can happen)
